Having completed 2,200 hours of massage training, Serie Ann currently continues working to obtain 3,000 hours of Advanced Clinical Massage at Makami College Edmonton. She specializes in Swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial cupping, pre-natal massage, foot massage, hot stone and herbal compress. Serie Ann has certificates in Advanced Neck Treatment and Advanced Hip Lower Back Treatment for stress and pain relief.

Serie Ann is a member in good standing with CRMTA (Certified Registered Massage Therapist Association).

Claims to Insurance Companies

We now provide direct billing through TELUS Health. TELUS Health’s eClaims solution allows us to submit claims on your behalf immediately after the service has been provided.

Please be prepared to pay for your visits if your insurance provider will not cover your treatments. We are unable to provide you with a credit to be paid for at a later date.

Per MTAA regulations, receipts cannot be issued:

for services not yet performed
for services redeemed through Soul 2 Sole Gift Certificates

Please note that direct billing for some insurance plans may not be available on weekends.
